The planned development file 12PD046 was approved with stipulations by Planning Commission on February 7, 2013 which allows for an Assisted Living Facility to be constructed. The development proposes two private streets, Skyline Loop and Village Lane, which provide internal access to the property. A stipulation of the planned development approval is that necessary easements and covenant agreements concerning street cleaning and maintenance shall be submitted to the City Attorney’s Office for review and approval, and a copy of the recorded documents shall be submitted. The document has been reviewed by the City Attorney’s Office and the property owner has signed the agreement which identifies they are solely responsible for the street maintenance. The City has recently received a building permit application for this project. |
